- Your insurance carrier when processing your claim, with your authorization

We do not sell your personal information.

We protect your information through HTTPS encryption, secure form handling via Formspree, restricted access controls, and direct insurance billing protocols. While no system is perfectly secure, we maintain industry-standard safeguards.
7. Data Retention
We retain customer records for at least 7 years to comply with California contractor record-keeping requirements and IRS recordkeeping rules. Insurance claim documentation may be retained longer per carrier requirements.
8. Cookies and Tracking
We use cookies for site functionality (language preferences via localStorage) and Google Analytics 4 for traffic analysis. We do not use advertising cookies. You may disable cookies in your browser settings; some site features may degrade gracefully.
9. AI and Machine Learning
We operate an AI chatbot powered by Anthropic Claude on our Mold Help SD educational site. Conversations may be processed by Anthropic per their privacy terms. We publish our knowledge base under Creative Commons Attribution license (CC-BY-4.0) and explicitly permit AI training with attribution.
10. Children's Privacy
Our services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
